Shura Trading & Hotel Supplies (STHS) was established more than 30 years ago, in Abu Dhabi to cater to the ever-growing hospitality and HORECA sector. The company is a member of Al Mazroui group of companies whose Chairman is Mr. Rashid Al Mazroui while his brother Mr. Saeed M. Al Mazroui is a partner of the organization. Shura has three offices: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khor Dubai and Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai. Technical service centres for complete coffee machine maintenance with backup of spares are located in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khor, Dubai.

Shura has its own intensive training centre with various courses under Universita Del Caffe (UDC) and The Coffee Training Institute Dubai (TCTI) in Dubai. We have a dedicated trainer who coordinates with F&B and training departments of clients. These training are clubbed either with the staff of other clients or from the same client, which creates a competitive environment with the aim of developing coffee skills. Training courses are conducted to develop specific skills per course and targets are always achievement based. With these methods, different skills are developed with continuous training sessions. Refresher courses are conducted with prior notice and consultation with our clients.

Distribution and deliveries are made by our logistics team. All our vehicles are temperature controlled and certified by the Food Control Authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The logistics team is also certified for food handling.

Shura has 11 different brands in its product portfolio catering to HORECA, office and retail segments. The products include brands like: illy, illy issimo, Mangajo,  Fiuggi, Agrimontana, Domori, Puly Caff, N&W, UNIC, Eureka and Francis Francis.

What is unique about your products and services?

STHS imports and distributes high quality F&B products. We offer 24/7 technical service throughout United Arab Emirates. The Coffee Training Institute (TCTI) offers a wide range of training programs designed to cover various levels: from coffee enthusiasts wishing to brew the perfect cup at home, to expert baristas and custom made courses for large establishments and hotels. TCTI conducts courses in Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai, with a dedicated trainer who coordinates with Universita Del Caffe Italy. These courses aim to develop coffee skills. We support the growth and improvement of the illy supply chain through training and communication on the culture of quality coffee and of excellence.
