Pam has worked in the aviation industry in Sr. Leadership positions at Caterers (Gate Gourmet, Ogden Aviation), Suppliers (Pourshins, Supplair) and Airlines  (MGM Grand Air, Air America, Hawaii Express, and Braniff). Prior to working in aviation Pam worked in the restaurant industry opening restaurants in America and Japan. 

Growing up in Oregon where the farm to table movement has been thriving for decades, Pam developed her love of cooking while taking advantage of the bounties of each season.  For hobbies she loves running, hiking, and cycling. 

Pam’s husband Allan worked as a Director at BA for numerous years thus Pam, Allan, and  daughters Sarah and Jenny have been able to travel extensively keeping in touch with family and friends.

Pam believes there has never been a more exciting time in the industry than now. The rapid introduction of transformational innovation and technology as well as customers keen awareness of dining trends has led to the revolution of airline catering.  Creating a superior customer experience is the focus of all airlines leading to exciting change and continuous improvement.
